District Hall and Empower Our Crown presents in collaboration, Self Care Sunday. A virtual workshop that encourages participants to develop and sustain holistic wellness despite chaos, confusion and crisis.

This workshop will allow participants to understand the significance of incorporating self-care into our daily lives and not waiting to incorporate it just when an emergency and crisis occurs.
