What precautions are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

We have increased our cleanings between bookings, updated room capacities for social distancing, required the use of a face covering for all employees + guests, reconfigured our public workspace, and have created fewer touchpoints to name a few! Read our safety + reopening plan to learn about how we are innovating for a new normal.

Is District Hall a coworking Space?

District Hall is not a coworking space. We offer a free, public workspace in our lounge. Our current hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 AM – 4 PM. Due to current space restrictions, we recommend reserving your Lounge spot ahead of time for free on our Reservations page. Occasionally we close for private events. Do I need to Pay/Become a Member to Use District Hall'S public workspace?

Nope! There is no cost to use our public workspace (or as we call it, our “Lounge”), no matter how often you are here (which means come every day). Due to current space restrictions, we recommend reserving your Lounge spot ahead of time for free on our Reservations page.

Our private rooms have hourly rates associated with them, but we have a cost reduction process and discount over $1 million in event space fees annually. Learn more about our event FAQs here.

Can I Host My Event At District Hall?

Is District hall Handicap Accessible?
District Hall is an ADA compliant, single-story building. We have two building entrances. The Northern Ave. entrance has 3 stairs leading to the front door, as well as a ramp, and the Seaport Boulevard entrance has wide, street-level double doors.
Do you Have Wifi?

Yep! And it’s free. Network: District Hall

Do you have a printer I can Use?
Unfortuantely, we do not offer printing services (go green!) The closest printing services can be found at the FedEx store on Congress St.
Where are you located?
We are located at 75 Northern Avenue, Boston, MA 02110 in Boston’s Innovation District.
How Do I get to District Hall? Are there parking Options in The area?

Bicycles: District Hall as a number of bike racks available for guest use by the Seaport Boulevard entrance. In addition, the building is located right next to the Seaport Square station on the Hubway bikeshare network.

Cars: There are a number of parking lots in the area:

Can I come Tour The space and Learn more?

Yes! Please fill out the contact form to schedule a tour. For private tours, we have a suggested donation of $20 per group.

District Hall is a program of Venture Café New England. VCNE also runs Venture Café Cambridge in Cambridge, Roxbury Innovation Center in Dudley Square, and Venture Café District Hall Providence in Providence, RI!
