What precautions are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

District Hall is thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis with additional cleanings throughout the day and hand sanitizer is available in all of our rooms and throughout our building. Our HVAC system has filters installed and portable air purifiers are available in the meeting rooms + public Lounge.

Is District Hall a coworking Space?

District Hall is not a coworking space. We offer a free, public workspace in our lounge. Our current hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM. Occasionally we close for private events. To stay up to date on our lounge hours, sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page.

Do I need to Pay/Become a Member to Use District Hall'S public workspace?

Nope! There is no cost to use our public workspace (or as we call it, our “Lounge”), no matter how often you are here (which means come every day). 

Our private rooms have hourly rates associated with them, but we have a cost reduction process and discount over $1 million in event space fees annually. Learn more about our event FAQs here.

Is District hall Handicap Accessible?
District Hall is an ADA compliant, single-story building. We have two building entrances. The Northern Ave. entrance has 3 stairs leading to the front door, as well as a ramp, and the Seaport Boulevard entrance has wide, street-level double doors.
Do you Have Wifi?

Yep! And it’s free. Network: District Hall

Do you have a printer I can Use?

Yes! We work with PrintWithMe to provide a printer in our free, public workspace.

Where are you located?
We are located at 75 Northern Avenue, Boston, MA 02110 in Boston’s Innovation District.
How Do I get to District Hall? Are there parking Options in The area?

Bicycles: District Hall as a number of bike racks available for guest use by the Seaport Boulevard entrance. In addition, the building is located right next to the Seaport Square station on the Hubway bikeshare network.

Cars: There are a number of parking lots in the area:

Can I come Tour The space and Learn more?

Yes! Please fill out the contact form to schedule a tour. For private tours, we have a suggested donation of $20 per group.

Do you have other locations?

District Hall is managed by Innovation Studio, a nonprofit organization. Innovation Studio also manages Roxbury Innovation Center in Nubian Square and provides entrepreneurial programs in Providence, RI!
